At Tri County Add A Level we offer design services to meet the needs of all clients.
Pre-Designed Homes Our in-house drafting department allows us to offer more than 50 pre-designed floor plans and custom design homes for our clients. Pre-designed homes are pre-priced, and can be built as is or custom modified. Modifications often translate into increased costs.
Designer Homes Clients work with a our design team to create there designer home. A full set of blueprints is created taking into consideration the needs and budget of the each client. Final price is calculated based upon the design and specifications of the house.
